Lash refills are typically done two weeks after original application or every 2-3 weeks for maintenance. Thus, we consider alteration of any sort within 7 days of last application as a "touch up". *Online deposit amount includes $2.50 processing fee for credit cards, etc. The remaining balance is $20. **If you want a fuller Lash look, it is considered as an Add-on; which starts at $20 extra. **If your lashes are in need of cleaning due to build up with makeup, rheum (sleep), mascara, etc a $15 cleaning/ $30 removal fee will be incurred. PLEASE NOTE: Outside lash refills are welcomed. If existing extensions are done safely, properly, and aren’t compromising your natural lashes, we will work off your existing set. However, if your existing extensions are damaging your natural lashes, a lash removal service will be necessary before applying a new full set.

No Mask = No Service. *Sanitizer is available upon arrival. *If you are warm-to-touch or have a fever, you will be asked to leave and rescheduled. *If you are sick, feel sick or have been around someone who is/may be sick, please cancel or reschedule your appointment until you can prove otherwise. ------- Booking requests are on a "first-come, first-served" basis. A booking fee is required to book appointments; to reserve time for you. To avoid disappointment, book your appointment in advance. Since we are in a shared space, please be mindful that Only the person receiving service(s) is allowed in the treatment room. No children & No extra guests are allowed at this time. **If there is an emergency on our end, you will be notified. ------- A $50 booking fee/deposit (per session) is due at the time of booking an appointment to reserve your time. Booking fees/deposits are non-refundable & non-transferable. (Be sure to check the required fee amount for the service you intend to book, some services may require full payment due to the products/items needed) The remaining balance of service may be paid in cash, Zelle, credit/debit cards, etc. There is a $2.50 processing fee for using cards. (Please have the exact amount if paying in cash, as change is not provided) For booking fees made via Cash App: cash.me/$jahdarellc For booking fees made via Venmo: @jahdare (excludes processing fee) ------- (Please keep the lines of communication open and inform me if you think you will be running late, still have lash extensions present, or have used mascara recently- as this will affect the amount of time left in your session and the client after; I do try to keep appointments running in a timely manner) If you are late: There is a 10 minute grace-period for traffic delay and parking. After 10 minutes your appointment will be cancelled automatically, including the merchant voucher being redeemed, and must be rescheduled upon our availability as we reserved your time. *A new booking fee will be required for the new appointment. **However, if time permits it is at the practitioner's discretion if you will be allowed to begin services late; for this option, you will be charged a $15 late fee to begin. To cancel your initial appointment: your booking fee will be withheld as service fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. A new booking fee will be required for the new appointment. For clients using a voucher: (All policies apply, including additional notices below) **Must sign waiver/consent form. **Refills are valid only within 2wks of the original procedure. A price difference of the service will be incurred if you schedule outside of the voucher agreement period; No Exceptions. **If you want a "fuller Lash look", it is considered as an "Add-on service"; it starts at $20 extra. **If your lashes are in need of cleansing due to build up with makeup, rheum (sleep), mascara, etc., a $15 Lash Cleansing/ $30 Lash Removal fee will be incurred. For all No-Shows: Your voucher will be redeemed and/or your initial booking fee will be withheld AND a new booking fee will be required for the new appointment. This includes if you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment; you are considered a "No-Show". Repeat No-Shows will not be allowed to continue services. **Same Day & After Hour Appointments: Are available for an additional VIP booking fee and based upon availability. VIP booking fee is required in addition to the service booking fee amount, to book an appointment. Booking fees are non-refundable, non-transferable. "Same Day": $35 extra; last minute booking. “After Hours”: $35 extra; considered any time before or after regular business hours, etc. "Closed Days" (Sunday & Monday): $100 extra; includes major holidays when closed.
